About the role

Spiralyze, a data‑driven A/B testing company, is seeking a Digital Recruitment Associate to help attract, identify, and hire top talent for its growing client base. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with major brands while developing your recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Utilize an ATS to streamline processes and keep accurate records.
