Director, Sprite – Brand Strategy Europe

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Director, Sprite to lead the development and delivery of brand strategy across Europe. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will translate global and regional direction into strong local execution, driving growth, consumer relevance and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver the Europe brand strategy in partnership with senior and global teams, turning insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead multiyear innovation pipelines from concept through launch and own integrated marketing and experience (IMX) plans.
• Manage Direct Marketing Expense budgets, partner with bottling and commercial teams, and ensure effective in‑market execution across channels.
• Track and analyse performance indicators such as volume, NSR, brand health and campaign effectiveness, applying a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Coach and develop project teams, building trusted relationships across functions and geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or consumer‑driven industry.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing programmes for large brands.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership, commercial acumen and budget management.
• Strong analytical ability to translate insights into clear actions.
