Dispatcher Forwarding and Freight Auditing

About the role

You will join a logistics and supply‑chain team that coordinates transportation, customs processes and freight cost control for an international operation. The role involves daily interaction with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant and cost‑effective shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with transport companies and courier services, organise transport and track shipments.
• Prepare and process transport documentation in SAP, resolve system‑related issues.
• Handle and verify transport documents such as CMR, AWB, CIM, B/L, TIR, ATA Carnet.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including returns and external warehouse movements.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Free Zone requirements.
• Manage freight auditing activities, verifying invoices, transit times and routes against contracts.
• Maintain foreign‑trade and customs data in internal systems and track goods.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in transport coordination or freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, JCI, T1, EX, etc.).
• Understanding of transport regulations, foreign‑trade processes and Free Zone operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
