Due Diligence Specialist

About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Due Diligence Specialist to manage end‑to‑end due diligence cases, including First Line Assessment, Second Line Assessment and Enhanced Due Diligence. The role combines execution and control responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform First Line Assessment, Second Line Assessment and Enhanced Due Diligence across all case types.
• Review and validate work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness before escalation.
• Conduct risk‑based due diligence assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage client onboarding cases from initiation through completion and execute ongoing monitoring activities.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and accurate documentation for all due diligence activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in due diligence, AML, KYC, compliance or financial services (fund industry preferred).
• Solid knowledge of AML/KYC, due diligence and risk‑based approaches.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
