eCommerce Fulfilment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an eCommerce Fulfilment Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end fulfilment process for our online business. You will ensure that orders move smoothly from the warehouse to the customer, meeting service level agreements while keeping costs under control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise eCommerce warehouse operations, including order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage courier partners, monitor performance and ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Optimise last‑mile delivery times, success rates and overall delivery experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce fulfilment, shipping, handling and returns costs.
• Monitor, analyse and continuously improve key operational KPIs and service level agreements.
• Manage relationships and performance of external 3PL, warehouse and courier partners.
• Review, streamline and standardise fulfilment processes across markets.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Customer Service, Finance, Commercial, Logistics and other teams for seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing new processes, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce fulfilment, order management, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms and ERP/WMS systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, couriers and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end eCommerce order‑to‑delivery journey.
