Elevator Service Technician

About the role

Otis is looking for motivated and responsible Elevator Service Technicians to join our Belgrade office. The role involves servicing, maintaining, repairing and modernising elevators in line with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, repairs and modernisation of elevators.
• Carry out scheduled on‑call duties and free persons trapped in elevators.
• Manage the service portfolio and prepare detailed service reports.
• Communicate with clients about equipment status, preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with lift safety regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in electrotechnical, electromechanical, electronic or mechanical fields.
• Preferably prior experience in elevator service and repair.
• Initiative, problem‑solving orientation and strong organisational skills.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
