Email Marketing Specialist – Remote B2B Role

About the role

DesignRush, a B2B media platform, is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high‑impact email campaigns, including newsletters, automation workflows, and lead‑nurturing funnels. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving engagement, conversions, and qualified leads through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end newsletter production in Klaviyo for both sponsored and editorial series.
• Build email lifecycle automations such as onboarding, dormant reactivation, and post‑action follow‑ups.
• Audit and fix existing infrastructure, including form connections, bounce classification, unsubscribe models, and list hygiene.
• Segment and grow agency and brand audience lists.
• Create daily newsletter copy in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments.
• Proven success building email revenue funnels with upsell or retention mechanics.
• Experience with newsletter tools, ClickUp, Figma, and Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong copy instincts.
• Comfortable working with HTML and spam‑testing email tools.
• Availability between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
