Engineering Manager – Lead Software Development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on the Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform.
• Drive the strategic evolution of the platform by creating forward‑looking concepts, including AI integration, to ensure scalability for future growth.
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and enforce quality standards.
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices such as SCRUM and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills in English at C‑Level, analytical mindset and solution‑oriented work style.
