Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for the architectural direction of the supply‑chain function at Coca‑Cola HBC. The role covers the full supply‑chain landscape, from demand and supply planning through manufacturing, logistics, distribution and sustainability, as well as the analytics and reporting capabilities that support them.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy and target architectures for the Supply Chain function.
• Define and maintain transition roadmaps that guide transformation initiatives and ensure architectural coherence across programs, products and platforms.
• Define, communicate and enforce architecture principles, standards and governance, acting as the architectural authority for solution designs.
• Provide architectural assurance and due diligence for major initiatives, reducing risk and aligning projects with approved roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Agile and SAFe delivery teams to make architecture actionable and support effective execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large‑scale FMCG/CPG organisations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical integrations into business value.
• Deep end‑to‑end supply‑chain domain knowledge covering planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and sustainability.
• Experience designing and governing multi‑vendor technology landscapes, preferably with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TMS and BlueYonder.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, integration patterns, API‑led connectivity and practical AI applications.
• Familiarity with TOGAF applied pragmatically.
