About the role
Join NCR Voyix as a Field Service Coordinator and help keep service operations running smoothly across the United States. This hybrid position in Belgrade is ideal for candidates launching their career who are curious, motivated and eager to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Review service requests, understand requirements and assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules and urgency.
- Prioritize customer needs, balance workloads and coordinate locations, schedules and technician availability.
- Check part availability, source parts from multiple locations and track estimated arrival times.
- Communicate updates via phone, email and chat, document actions in the system and support escalation management.
- Share ideas for process improvement and participate in training and development sessions.
