Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to lead financial performance, planning and cost control for our European manufacturing operations. The role works closely with senior management, operations and cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial plans aligned with corporate strategy for Europe, including Serbia and Germany.
• Conduct variance, profitability and scenario analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Design and continuously improve FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting and reporting tools.
• Oversee cost accounting activities such as standard cost calculation, inventory valuation and monthly closing.
• Validate Bills of Materials and routings, and support new product cost introductions.
• Collect, consolidate and monitor budget and forecast data, generating real‑time alerts on overruns.
• Participate in financial evaluation of new products and promotional plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or financial controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple reporting cycles.
