Financial Representative

About the role

MAN Financial Services, part of TRATON Financial Services, is expanding across the East Adriatic Region. The Financial Representative will support customers throughout the entire financing journey, from initial discussions to contract management and portfolio follow‑up, working closely with the vehicle sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and prepare tailored financing proposals.
• Manage customer meetings, negotiations and the financing process.
• Analyse customer creditworthiness, financial position and business risks.
• Prepare financing applications, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Monitor financing agreements, portfolio quality and outstanding receivables.
• Co‑operate with vehicle sales and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide relevant insights.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data‑protection and internal requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of sales and financing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking or financial administration.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic principles of credit and financial analysis.
