Football Coach (Part‑time Hybrid)

About the role

FK Olimpik is seeking a part‑time hybrid Football Coach based in Serbia. The coach will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, developing match strategies and supporting player growth across various squad levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead training sessions covering technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning and teamwork.
• Design match strategies, conduct performance analysis and deliver constructive feedback to players.
• Oversee session logistics, equipment preparation and ensure clear communication with players and management.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to align training objectives with the club’s philosophy.
• Perform remote duties such as video review, match analysis, training plan design and documentation of player progress.

Required profile

• Proven football coaching experience with strong knowledge of rules, tactics, formations and modern training methods.
• Effective communication abilities to give clear instructions, feedback and motivation.
• Capability to plan sessions, progress drills and monitor player fitness and development.
• Relevant coaching licenses or certifications (national or international) preferred.
• Experience working with youth or professional players in a club environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time efficiently and use digital tools for planning and analysis.
