FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will act as a critical business partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for local management and European/Global Corporate Finance teams. This high‑visibility position supports strategic financial planning, commercial operations, and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning, tracking revenues to Adjusted Operating Income.
• Partner with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align financial and operational forecasts and support new product introductions.
• Deliver deep‑dive profitability analysis, product portfolio trends, and P&L benchmarks.
• Provide pricing support and maintain the product master database.
• Own timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial data to regional and global controlling.
• Lead development of modern financial dashboards, scorecards, and automated tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG company.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills for commercial discussions.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial variables into clear stories for leadership.
• Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, complex healthcare organization.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise tools such as Hyperion, SAP, or equivalent financial systems.
