French Speaking Medical Information Specialist – Graduate Role

About the role

The position is for a French‑speaking Medical Information Specialist supporting healthcare professionals, patients and consumers. It is a graduate opportunity within ProPharma’s global Medical Information team, offering remote work and fast‑track career development.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries via phone, email and web platforms using approved product information and scientific literature.
• Document and report adverse events, product complaints and safety concerns in line with regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries in internal systems promptly and compliantly.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Draft custom medical responses when required and mentor new team members.

Required profile

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Fluent (C1) in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and interest in drug safety.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to use scientific literature and internal data to provide accurate information.
