FullStack Developer Frontend Focus (Remote)

About the role

Novakid is an online English school for kids. The Visitor Squad builds and optimises the funnel from first visit to paid lesson, focusing on landing pages, registration, booking, and personal accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and funnel components from landing pages to booked lessons.
• Own end‑to‑end attribution, UTM handling and diagnose gaps in visitor‑to‑lead/booking tracking.
• Build server‑side integrations with ad platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
• Write and debug backend code in Python/Node (endpoints, caching, SSR) and support A/B testing rollouts.
• Investigate production incidents via Sentry and optimise public page speed (Core Web Vitals).

Required profile

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React.
• Strong Python and Node.js skills, able to work independently on backend services.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GTM, event tracking, server‑side conversion delivery).
• Product‑mindset: comfortable working with metrics, hypotheses and experiments.
• Fluent English communication.
