Fullstack Engineer (JavaScript, Node.js, SQL)

About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Siemens EDA you will own large‑scale software projects from database design to UI/UX development. You will work in a collaborative environment, influence technical decisions and mentor peers while delivering features that power global innovation in electronic design.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of code throughout design, development, deployment and maintenance.
• Deliver features in partnership with QA, Product Management and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to product vision, drive team planning and address edge cases, performance and error handling.
• Advocate for strong architectural foundations while maintaining high development velocity.
• Write thorough, maintainable tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design, performance optimization and scalability.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on high‑impact, customer‑facing projects.
• Drive to craft clean, reliable and highly maintainable code.
