Fund Controller

About the role

The Fund Controller will be responsible for producing accurate fund financial statements, supporting audit processes, and monitoring daily cash and investment activities. You will work closely with senior management and junior team members to ensure high‑quality reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fund financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and support year‑end audits.
• Monitor and record daily cash activity.
• Prepare fund capital activity allocations and partner capital accounts.
• Track portfolio company transactions and calculate investment returns.
• Respond to various investor and investment requests.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• Exposure to the Private Equity industry is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly motivated team player with strong multitasking ability.
