Game Designer – World of Warships: Legends

About the role

World of Warships: Legends team in Belgrade is looking for a Game Designer. As a member of the World of Warships team, you will collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and balance new gameplay and content features for World of Warships Legends.
• Partner with internal and external teams to execute development goals.
• Work with the analytics team to optimize and improve day-to‑day user behavior.
• Create and support game design documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of Game Design experience (ideally on console projects).
• Solid understanding of at least one game design area: moment‑to‑moment gameplay (3Cs, weapons, abilities) or session‑to‑session gameplay (economy, progression, customization).
• Positive attitude and ability to accept feedback while working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communicator (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English to participate in daily meetings and discussions with English‑speaking teammates.
• Awareness of industry trends and a broad knowledge of games across multiple platforms and genres.

Required skills

• Programming experience.
• Level design experience.
• UX/UI design understanding.
