German-Speaking Customer Care Advisor (Patents Team)

About the role

Clarivate is hiring a German-speaking Customer Care Advisor for its Patent Annuities team in Belgrade. The Customer Care department is a team of 15 professionals in a dynamic, friendly and fast-paced environment. The role suits someone who enjoys helping others and communicating clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, high-quality service to a portfolio of key renewal customers, German law firms and corporations on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with other parts of the business where needed to meet customer expectations and adhere to agreed service levels.
• Make sure customers get a professional, efficient and courteous response to their queries.
• Keep customer profiles up to date so other business areas have current information.
• Help team members with extra workload when needed.
• Occasionally manage projects assigned for existing customers.

Required profile

• Fluent German and fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Previous long-standing B2B customer-facing experience and strong customer orientation (a plus).
• Ability to build positive customer and business relationships and to manage demanding customers (a plus).
• Solution-oriented mindset and professional handling of customer interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of patents (a plus).
