Global Demand Planner – B2B Markets

About the role

As a Global Demand Planner you will create accurate, data‑driven demand plans for Swarovski’s B2B markets worldwide. You will work closely with regional planners, commercial teams, finance and supply chain to ensure stable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop global demand forecasts for B2B markets using historical data and market inputs.
• Track YTD vs. YTG performance, flagging deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Challenge demand assumptions and improve forecast accuracy through root‑cause analysis.
• Align demand forecasts with financial targets, budgets and outlook cycles.
• Prepare insight‑driven inputs for S&OP meetings and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver a single, transparent global demand plan.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply‑chain planning or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning complex data into clear insights.
• High proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style with confidence to influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools like Excel and Power BI.
