Global Immigration Consultant

About the role

The Immigration Consultant will manage high‑volume, cross‑border visa cases from initiation to submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent client service within a dynamic, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end global casework for assigned countries, including assessment, advice, preparation, submission and monitoring.
• Communicate regularly with clients, build relationships, and conduct service review meetings with formal agendas.
• Identify and generate new business leads while ensuring profitability and adherence to SLAs.
• Work with third‑party providers worldwide to deliver efficient services and maintain accurate client records in the Newland Chase system.

Required profile

• Graduate level degree or equivalent.
• Experience in travel, hospitality or embassy/consulate relations is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong client‑service mentality and ability to handle high volume with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Computer literate with excellent writing and email skills.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems and provide solutions.
