Global Key Account Project Manager – Data Center (Back office)

About the role

We are looking for a Global Key Account Project Manager to support international Data Center projects across Europe. The role works closely with Key Account Managers, sales teams, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from order hand‑over to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor timelines, milestones and documentation for multiple Data Center projects.
• Organise project meetings, follow‑up actions and maintain clear communication between internal teams and external customers.
• Support financial tracking, reporting and administrative activities.
• Identify risks, escalate issues and keep stakeholders informed with accurate status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in an international business environment is a plus.
• Technical, engineering, business or project‑management education (not mandatory).
• Fluent English; additional German, French, Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Experience using SAP, CRM systems or other project‑management tools.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and project tracking information.
