Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager

About the role

Swarovski is looking for an experienced and analytical Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager to join its team in Serbia. The role plays a key part in strengthening the global S&OP process, working across Commercial, Product, Finance, Supply Chain and Planning to ensure clear processes, effective governance and consistent ways of working. It combines S&OP expertise, process development, analytical thinking and stakeholder management in a complex global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the continuous development and improvement of the global S&OP process and operating model, and ensure consistent processes, governance, roles and responsibilities across functions.
• Monitor the effectiveness and adherence of the S&OP process, assess S&OP maturity and turn gaps into improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen planning integration, transparency and decision-making, and continuously improve S&OP management views, KPIs, analytics and supporting tools.
• Ensure S&OP forums give the information, transparency and structure needed for effective business decisions, and establish governance, tracking and escalation mechanisms.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, Supply Chain and Planning stakeholders to embed improvements, support capability building and track the progress and impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in S&OP, IBP/S&OP transformation, planning excellence, supply-chain transformation or performance management, preferably in a global or international environment.
• Experience improving processes, governance or ways of working in a complex organization, and proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and decision-making.
• Fluent in English.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, commercial, procurement and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing supply-demand balance, inventory and operational capacity.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
