Global Site Contract Manager

About the role

IQVIA’s Global Site Activation Team is seeking a Global Site Contract Manager to lead the development and execution of complex investigator grant estimates, contracting strategies, and related documentation for multi‑protocol clinical studies. You will work closely with sponsors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams to ensure compliant and efficient contract delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Create, maintain, and publish contract and budget templates, tools, and training materials.
• Coordinate with sponsors, RSU regions, and country teams to deliver project scope in line with sponsor requirements and the RSU Management Plan.
• Provide specialist legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams.
• Produce and review scientific, technical, and administrative documentation to support business development and study initiation.
• Assess the contracting landscape and contribute to contracting intelligence for assigned studies and the wider organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting, with proven international contract expertise.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, capable of challenging and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination skills across complex, multi‑project environments.
• Thorough understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and drug development processes.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Advanced legal, financial, and technical writing capabilities.
