Group Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Group Financial Reporting Analyst will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the Group’s monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities. You will work closely with finance teams across the organization to collect, validate and analyse financial data, contributing to intercompany reporting, regulatory submissions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of audited annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and stock‑exchange requirements.
• Assist the Group’s monthly financial closing by analysing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with finance teams across entities to collect and validate information for consolidation.
• Participate in intercompany reporting, internal business reorganisations and ad‑hoc finance projects.
• Develop and implement data validation checks and controls to minimise errors.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, reporting and finance, preferably in a large international business.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP.

Required skills

• Experience with financial software and ERP/reporting tools such as SAP, HFM or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, R and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and interest in automation, AI and data‑driven finance tools.
