Growth Product Manager – Client Success

About the role

Adapty is looking for a Growth Product Manager to join its Client Success team. You will act as a growth partner for a portfolio of mobile apps, helping them turn ad clicks into subscription revenue through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 30‑40 client apps, driving retention, health, and revenue growth.
• Guide new clients from sales hand‑off through integration, funnel setup, and first paywall launch.
• Audit client usage of Adapty, identify under‑used features, and push full product adoption.
• Detect at‑risk accounts early and intervene before renewal.
• Conduct paywall and user‑acquisition analyses, delivering concrete A/B test recommendations.
• Identify cross‑sell and expansion opportunities and close deals.
• Collect and relay customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team.
• Answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without unnecessary escalation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with in‑app subscriptions and subscription monetization.
• Full‑cycle mobile growth background, including user acquisition, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable initiating commercial conversations, asking for expansion, and closing deals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to hold strategic discussions with founders or growth leads.
