Head of Marketing – Operations & Execution

About the role

Non Stop Fitness is seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its Marketing Department across multiple brands and fitness clubs. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, turning strategic priorities into actionable campaigns that drive membership growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise both internal and external marketing teams.
• Translate strategic goals into annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans.
• Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns, projects and deadlines.
• Maintain the annual marketing calendar covering campaigns, launches, events, recurring activities and new club openings.
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media, content, design, video/photo production, PR, influencer programmes, events and local activations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and club teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and campaign results, identifying and resolving bottlenecks early.
• Establish clear processes, documentation and accountability within the department.
• Leverage project‑management, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on understanding of digital marketing, content creation, design, video/photo production, PR, events, influencer and local marketing.
• Commercial acumen linking marketing activities to leads, sales, revenue and budgets.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales and operations functions.
• Interest in AI integration and willingness to explore new automation tools.
