Head of Operations

About the role

Dotcom Design, a results‑driven digital marketing agency, is seeking a Head of Operations to own the delivery engine and ensure every client project meets high‑quality standards, on‑time delivery, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational core, guaranteeing consistent, on‑time, high‑standard delivery across all product lines.
• Lead and hold accountable Product Owners for client results, margins, and standards.
• Build and maintain EOS rhythms, scorecards, SOPs, and other frameworks that keep operations predictable as the company scales.
• Own the operational technology stack and Pulse tools, ensuring they support delivery rather than hinder it.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes by collaborating with Product Owners and intervening when delivery slips or results stall.
• Exercise hiring and firing authority for direct reports in partnership with the Integrator.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an operations or delivery‑focused role within a fast‑growing agency or similar environment.
• Strong ownership mindset: when issues arise, takes responsibility for fixing them and improving systems.
• Ability to set clear expectations, provide necessary resources, and enforce accountability.
• Comfort working with EOS or similar operating systems and implementing structured processes.
