Head of Purchasing – EABU

About the role

The Head of Purchasing (EABU) will steer BizLink’s procurement function toward a smarter, future‑ready operation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will balance long‑term strategic planning with immediate cost‑saving delivery, ensuring the supply chain supports the company’s 3‑5 year roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Develop global category playbooks for direct and indirect spend.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including AI‑driven spend analytics.
• Drive ESG and circular‑economy projects, embedding green procurement and social responsibility into sourcing.
• Achieve annual hard‑cost savings and manage high‑volume contract renewals.
• Resolve supply‑chain disruptions and quality issues promptly.
• Upskill the procurement team, define KPIs, and implement performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement goals with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of senior procurement experience with a proven track record of delivering cost reductions.
• Results‑oriented mindset capable of bridging high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day buying.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate procurement vision to C‑level executives.
• Experience in ESG, sustainability, and circular‑economy initiatives.
• Leadership skills focused on coaching and talent development.
