Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

LearnTastic is looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and delivering highly qualified candidates to meet a wide range of client hiring needs across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through candidate submission and hiring support.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and fit for open opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with detailed assessments and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting performance metrics, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Participate in networking events, job fairs, and talent community initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
