Hospital Specialist – Endocrinology and Metabolic Health

About the role

We are seeking a highly talented Hospital Specialist to drive the commercial success of an innovative endocrinology portfolio within an assigned European country or territory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing team and make a meaningful impact on patient care across endocrinology and metabolic health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory, building high‑value interactions with endocrinologists, diabetologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans, using customer insights, market data and analytics to optimise targeting and resource allocation.
• Deliver scientifically robust, compliant customer engagements through face‑to‑face, remote and digital channels.
• Present approved clinical and product information in line with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions, collaborating with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven success launching and promoting complex pharmaceutical products in hospital or specialist settings.
• Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, obesity or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision‑making processes, treatment pathways and account‑management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience; valid driving licence and ability to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for territory planning and activity tracking.
• Experience using approved digital engagement platforms for hybrid customer interactions.
