HR Generalist – EMEA Recruitment

About the role

Ikotek, a global provider of original design manufacturing for IoT, is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment across the EMEA region. The role will be based onsite, Monday‑Friday, with flexible start times.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate full‑cycle recruitment for the EMEA region, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a consistent recruitment process.
• Support implementation and local adaptation of HQ HR policies, processes and programs across EMEA, respecting local requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employee‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labour regulations in each EMEA country and maintain accurate HR records.
• Contribute to regional HR projects, supplying EMEA input and assisting with implementation.
• Prepare HR data, reports and communications for HQ HR.
• Perform other HR‑related duties as required by the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company operating internationally.
• Proven hands‑on experience in recruitment and selection across multiple countries or the EMEA region.
• Good understanding of employee relations, HR policies, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Proactive, flexible, learning‑oriented and solution‑focused attitude.
• High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
