HR Intern – Training Department

About the role

Join the HR team at MTU Maintenance Serbia as an HR Intern supporting the Training Department. You will help design, organise and deliver training and onboarding programmes for employees across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, design and delivery of trainings, workshops and events.
• Schedule training sessions, book rooms and manage timetables.
• Enter and maintain training data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Track attendance, follow‑up with participants and instructors.
• Communicate with employees to coordinate training logistics.
• Organise and archive training documentation according to procedures.
• Support onboarding programmes for new hires.
• Participate in HR analytics, create and analyse questionnaires.
• Update internal databases and manage digital and paper files related to training.

Required profile

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student.
• Fluent in English.
• Motivated to learn and develop continuously.
• Strong communication, self‑organisation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience or familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
