HR Manager

About the role

STRADE is seeking an HR Manager to lead and implement its global HR strategy across multiple international locations. This hands‑on role combines process improvement with day‑to‑day HR support for employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and continuously improve STRADE’s global HR strategy, policies and initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance, talent and leadership development programs, including surveys and succession planning.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations and off‑boarding across all locations.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration, payroll inputs, contracts, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and maintain HR best‑practice frameworks.
• Oversee external HR service providers (payroll, legal, benefits) and manage the HR administration budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an international environment.
• Hands‑on experience across the full hire‑to‑retire cycle (recruitment, compensation, labor law, employee relations).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse cultural teams.
• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English.
