HR Shared Services Team Leader (German)

About the role

Lead the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) team, ensuring delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and supporting the company's German‑speaking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the SSC team across the assigned countries, drive alignment with company targets and motivate team members.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations meet SLAs, KPIs and global/regional HR guidelines.
• Support local HR partners (Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Business Partner) and act as a liaison.
• Lead process‑improvement and standardisation projects within the team.
• Participate in transition, transformation and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Experience in at least one HR process and knowledge of business needs.
• Leadership experience with intercultural, diverse teams.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business or related field.
