About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, with a particular focus on learning and development.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with department managers to identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Organize activities, training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
- Maintain training records, track employee development progress, and prepare related reports.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee development, talent growth, and organizational capability building.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
- Fluent Serbian and good command of English.
