HubSpot Specialist

About the role

Own HubSpot and make it the engine that captures, nurtures, and measures every lead Shortlister generates. You will manage campaigns, workflows, data, and reporting to ensure no lead is lost. Leads arrive from website forms, email campaigns, webinars, events, and LinkedIn, and you will capture, process, and report on them.

Key responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot platform: contacts, properties, lists, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and capacity planning.
• Build and send email campaigns, including the monthly newsletter.
• Create automated workflows for onboarding, nurture, re‑engagement, and behavioural triggers.
• Set up and maintain forms, landing pages, and lead capture across all channels.
• Maintain lead scoring so the pipeline reflects reality.
• Keep data clean through deduplication, verification, and validated imports.
• Report monthly on leads by source, campaign performance, list growth, and pipeline contribution.
• Run the Shortlister LinkedIn company page: content, cadence, and engagement.
• Grow reach among benefits consultants, brokers, and HR buyers.
• Capture LinkedIn‑sourced leads in HubSpot with proper attribution.
• Test and optimise LinkedIn Ads or lead‑gen forms when appropriate.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub and CRM).
• Proven ability to build multi‑step automated workflows.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume data: segmentation, deduplication, imports, and validation.
• Skilled at building reports that answer commercial questions and explaining insights.
• Practical LinkedIn organic experience – managing a company page, content, and engagement.
• Strong short‑form written English.
• Self‑directed and able to own a system rather than work a queue.
