Human Resources Specialist & Multimedia Content Creator (BeNeLux)

About the role

As a member of the BeNeLux HR Support team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will strengthen employer branding by creating employee stories, producing multimedia content, and managing the career site presence across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role combines HR expertise with graphic design, video editing and AI‑driven content creation to support both internal communication and external talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Support employer branding initiatives through graphic design, video editing, animation and AI‑driven tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Synthesia.
• Develop storytelling formats and produce employee stories that reinforce the employer brand.
• Create, maintain and publish internal communications across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist in planning and executing employee experience and engagement initiatives across the region.
• Provide administrative support including documentation management, invoice processing and stakeholder follow‑up.
