Implementation Consultant – Customer Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through the adoption and optimisation of Clarivate's IP management solutions such as IPfolio, FoundationIP and Memotech. The role blends technology, data handling and business process analysis to ensure successful client onboarding and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, renewals initiatives, system integrations and escalation requests across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to design and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client‑specific requirements.
• Analyse, document and optimise business processes together with consultants.
• Design and maintain customer‑specific features, configuration scripts and support data migration activities.
• Liaise with the software development team to align product capabilities with client needs.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in software implementation, consulting or customer onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient level of Excel and English.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based solutions.
• Salesforce administration or similar CRM platform.
• Microsoft Office tools: Access, Visio, Teams, SharePoint.
• Data migration, validation and analysis.
