Inbound Sales Representative – Dutch Language

About the role

Join a fast‑growing outsourcing firm as an Inbound Sales Representative focused on Dutch‑speaking customers. You will work remotely on an international hospitality and vacation‑rental project, helping prospects turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and messages about property availability, bookings and travel arrangements.
• Guide customers to suitable accommodations based on their preferences.
• Suggest alternative options when the first choice is unavailable.
• Convert inquiries into bookings using a solution‑oriented sales approach.
• Address customer questions, concerns and booking issues professionally.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls when needed to nurture sales opportunities.
• Document interactions and booking details accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams for additional support.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) – mandatory.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in customer support, sales, hospitality, reservations or a similar client‑facing role is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work comfortably with phone systems and various computer applications.
