Industrial Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead engineering change initiatives across its electrical distribution systems. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of model‑year and investment‑driven changes.

Key responsibilities

• Define investment needs for engineering changes and model‑year updates.
• Coordinate implementation activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Report project status, improvements and innovations against deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for internal use, certifications and customers.
• Support BOM preparation in SAP/GSD and conduct internal meetings on D/PFMEA, BOD, equipment design, problem‑solving and APQP.
• Validate new components, create and maintain project files.
• Analyze, implement and document engineering changes.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school education; university degree preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and processes is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
