About the role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of plant equipment. You will develop maintenance plans, coordinate major overhauls, and lead both preventive and corrective actions to keep machinery running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Create operational maintenance plans and schedule annual overhauls.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee equipment functionality.
• Participate in troubleshooting technical issues and propose improvements for equipment efficiency and safety.
• Collect and analyze equipment condition data, reporting progress, problems, and improvement needs to supervisors.
• Initiate procurement of required spare parts and equipment, monitor inventory levels, and manage the budget for current and future needs.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret equipment data.
• Proactive attitude toward problem solving and process improvement.
• Good organizational skills for planning and inventory management.
