About the role

The company seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to organise and ensure the upkeep of production lines, guaranteeing they meet market demands and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage investment and reconstruction projects, supervising contractor work.
• Define optimal mechanical maintenance strategies and implement equipment maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment performance, participate in lifecycle forecasting, and ensure continuous operation.
• Handle activities during downtime and contribute to performance analysis and improvement action plans.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and optimisation, and maintain construction logs and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduated mechanical engineering degree.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient computer use (MS Office, Internet).
• Proactive, precise, systematic and analytical mindset.
• Team player with clear oral and written communication.

Required skills

• AutoCAD.
• SolidWorks (3D modelling and technical documentation).
• MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance methodologies.
