IP Recordals Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for an Entry-Level Service Operations IP Analyst to join its Recordals team in Belgrade. The role covers end-to-end tasks on the Recordals process for all IP types, working closely with a global team of 60+ people across Serbia and India. The Belgrade team of 30 reports to the Senior Manager, Service Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the timely receipt, distribution and dispatch of legal and intellectual property documentation, handling correspondence accurately with clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate physical and electronic document workflows, including scanning, printing, filing and record keeping to support IP recordal activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for incoming documentation, communicating proactively with internal teams so documents are processed efficiently and according to procedure.
• Support the preparation, execution, certification and delivery of official documentation, liaising with external institutions such as notaries, couriers and government authorities when needed.
• Keep documentation, records and correspondence accurate, secure and within deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
