IT Project Manager (German-speaking) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is fluent in German and English to lead end‑to‑end delivery for our DACH‑region clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on both presales discovery and hands‑on project execution across web, mobile, automation and AI integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales activities: uncover client needs, translate business problems into technical solutions, estimate scope and present proposals.
• Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff to delivery, managing planning, team coordination, budget, timelines, quality and margin.
• Serve as the primary German‑speaking point of contact for DACH clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with development, design and QA teams throughout the delivery phase.
• Stay current with modern technologies (mobile apps, automation, AI integrations, UX/UI) to advise clients and shape solutions.

Required profile

• Proven background in IT project management within a service or agency environment.
• Strong presales and discovery skills – able to listen, ask the right questions and turn vague goals into concrete plans.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Comfortable managing both client relationships and internal delivery.
• Mid‑level experience with a high ownership mindset.
