IT Provider Governance & Contract Manager

About the role

This position is part of the ERP Competence Centre and is created to support the new S4E program. The role provides dedicated oversight of the external implementation partner, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals, KPIs and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Steer and monitor the partner’s performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs and key deliverables.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and governance forums.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues.
• Manage scope changes and contractual adjustments in collaboration with Contract Management and Procurement.
• Oversee commercial aspects, including budget tracking, invoice validation and financial reporting.
• Ensure contractual obligations are understood and met by both parties.
• Integrate the provider’s delivery model with internal teams and other third‑party vendors.
• Facilitate communication between the implementation partner and internal business and IT stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in IT provider, vendor or project management, preferably within large‑scale ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation programs.
• Proven track record in managing contracts, SLAs and performance KPIs for external service providers.
• Strong stakeholder influence and ability to drive resolution of delivery issues.
