IT Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The IT Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain and continuously improve the QA framework, methodologies and tools across the organization. The role coordinates testing activities, monitors progress, defects and release readiness, and works closely with application teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance QA standards, testing methodologies, frameworks, templates and guidelines.
• Support Business and IT teams in translating requirements into testing approaches, scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate testing activities, ensure proper planning, ownership, coverage and timelines.
• Monitor testing progress, defects and risks, providing visibility of testing status.
• Review testing outcomes and provide QA input on release readiness.
• Maintain and improve test‑management and QA tools, and support test automation frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across Business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with QA methodologies, testing frameworks and test‑management processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Test‑management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Defect‑management tools.
• Test‑automation frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles.
