About the role

Delhaize Serbia is expanding its General Technical Maintenance department and is looking for an IT Technician to support its retail stores on Bežanijska Kosa. The role involves hands‑on servicing of computers and other IT equipment used by store staff.

Key responsibilities

• Service and troubleshoot user computers.
• Install and configure operating systems and application software.
• Physically set up and install IT hardware in stores.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to end‑users.
• Maintain the overall health of IT equipment.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (IV level) or equivalent.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence for field work.
• Flexibility to work in two rotating shifts (approximately 7:00‑15:00 and 14:00‑22:00).
• Willingness to participate in weekend on‑call duties on a fair schedule.
