Junior Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Auditor to join our Belgrade office. You will work closely with experienced auditors, gaining hands‑on experience in audit engagements while developing a solid foundation in risk‑based auditing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform less complex audit procedures under supervision.
• Analyse data, test audit evidence and document findings.
• Support senior team members with audit‑related tasks.
• Gradually take ownership of specific audit areas as you gain experience.
• Participate in continuous training and mentoring programs.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or holder of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop independently.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
• Readiness to travel occasionally outside Belgrade and Serbia.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
